How the Process Works:
* Designated Authorizer at client is reponsible for collecting, preparing and authorising input.
* Processing of Input : I do all processing on Software
* Client will be responsible for reviewing a variance report or Pay Register mailed in PDF Format and authorize or raise queries.
* Queries gets adressed and corrected and reviewed afterwards by client.
* Client Signs of payroll as Authorized.
* EFT File gets created.
* Transfer of Salaries/Wages: Client can either Transfer funds into my business account for pyament into Employees bank accounts, or Client gets
a remuneration list to do Payment themselves.
* Payslips printed on secure paper, Hard copies delivered to client's offices, for client to distribute.
* Reconciliation of Third party payments, and sent to client for authorization, I can do this or client can do payment.
* UIF Declaration
* Keeping Software up to date, with statutory requirements.
* I pay all Annual Lincesing Fees.
* Preparation of Tax Certificates, Tax Year End procedures, Easyfile
* Invoiced on Monthly basis for Services Rendered at minimal fee per month.
